We provide inspections for 1–4-unit properties. This includes homes, condos, duplexes, apartment buildings and townhouses.
Would you like to know what your home may look like through the eyes of a home inspector before you list it for sale? We provide prelisting inspections to help you understand whether your home may have any deficiencies that need to be addressed. This allows you to tend to these needs before you list. This potentially saves you both time and money by taking care of any potential issues ahead of time.
Are you having a new home built and want to be sure that everything is done properly? We provide new construction inspections during the construction process. These inspections vary slightly from a traditional home inspection. They are more detailed, may require several progress visits and also are more quality control based.
We can also provide an optional pre-drywall 3D tour of your new home. This can assist you down the road with potential maintenance issues. You will have a digital twin of everything behind the drywall.

We provide a final walk-through punch-list inspection. These inspections not only check for safety and construction deficiency issues, but they also look at homes from a cosmetic standpoint as well.
We offer lender inspections to individual project owners, banks and other financial institutions. These Inspections help to verify the accuracy and completion of construction draw requests.
We offer foreclosure inspections for lenders and potential buyers.
